Parliament voted almost unanimously to pass the measure, with the only opposition coming from the left.
The deal will see Warsaw support Kyiv in its EU membership negotiations and Ukraine help Poland develop infrastructure for protecting civilians.
The official results also confirmed a strong showing for the far right, whose candidates took over 21% of the vote.
However, the country still has the EU’s second-lowest score – above only Romania – in the annual Rainbow Map.
“There are not and will not be any plans to send the Polish military to Ukraine,” declared Poland’s defence minister.
Electricity produced from coal in April amounted to 6.5 terawatt-hours (TWh), almost 10% lower than last year.
