The cabinet is meeting in Katowice, where Donald Tusk and Ursula von der Leyen are separately due to speak at the European Economic Congress.
But experts have questioned the validity of the forecasts Tusk was referring to.

The prime minister also says that previously promised childcare allowances to help mothers return to work are almost ready.
One of Tusk’s MPs blamed the fact that KO has to rule with coalition partners and faces a hostile president.
“We will do whatever is necessary and for as long as it is necessary to prevent Russia from winning the war with Ukraine.”
That represents more than half of all of Poland’s ambassadors.
Talks focused on security, and in particular on the need to provide continued support to Ukraine.
Tusk said Poland would also lobby for an embargo on agricultural products from Russia and Belarus.
She praised the steps taken by Tusk’s government to improve the independence of the judiciary.
