In recent weeks, Poland has “thwarted planned attempts at direct action, including sabotage and attempted arson”, said Donald Tusk.

NASK, a Polish state research institute, has identified attempted attacks by Fancy Bear, a Russian hacking group working on behalf of the Kremlin.
