Data that we obtain from your employer/entity that you represent is your personal data such as your name and surname, business telephone number and e-mail address, workplace, working position and the scope of issues that you are responsible for.

We will process your personal data for the duration of the agreement that your employer/entity you represent has concluded with us and until the end of the limitation period for potential claims.

Since you have decided to support Fundacja Notes From Poland, we will process your personal data.

to conclude and perform contracts for the transfer of: regular donations by direct debit or one-off donations or recurring charge to a payment card. The legal basis for processing your data is its necessity for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;

When you make a donation, we receive your name, email, donation amount and payment method. We will not share this data externally.
